1. Who We Are

CXW Agency ("CXW," "we," "us") is a founder-led brand systems agency based in Largo, Maryland, operated by Samuel Davenport III. 2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

3. Services

Our services are described on this website and in the individual proposals, blueprints, or agreements we prepare for each client. Where a separate signed agreement exists between CXW Agency and a client, that agreement controls over these general terms.

4. Bookings and Calls

Free consultation calls (such as the AI Growth Audit) are provided at no cost and carry no obligation on either side. Paid sessions (such as the CXW Command Blueprint) are billed as described at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

5. Payment

Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms for paid work are set out in each client agreement or at the point of purchase. Work begins as described in that agreement.

6. No Guarantees of Specific Results

We build systems designed to improve visibility, trust, and booked opportunities, and we hold our work accountable to results. However, business outcomes depend on factors outside our control — your market, pricing, service quality, and follow-through. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, lead volume, or growth figures.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to the accounts and materials needed to complete the work (such as domain, hosting, CRM, and content assets). Delays in providing these may delay delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables we build for them — their website content, brand assets we created for them, and their business data. CXW Agency retains ownership of our own brand, internal tools, templates, processes, and know-how. We may display completed client work in our portfolio and marketing unless a client agreement says otherwise.

9. Third-Party Services

Our work often involves third-party platforms (for example: hosting providers, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for CRM and booking, form and email providers). Those platforms have their own terms and pricing, which clients are responsible for accepting and maintaining. We are not liable for outages, changes, or data practices of third-party platforms.

10. Website Use

You may not use this website to send spam, attempt to breach security, scrape content at scale, or misrepresent your identity. Content on this site belongs to CXW Agency and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CXW Agency's total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
