- Information you give us directly — when you fill out the AI Growth Snapshot form or book a call, we collect what you enter: name, business name, email, phone number, website or social links, and anything you write about your business.
- Booking information — appointments are scheduled through our CRM platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which records your name, contact details, and selected time.
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Where Your Data Lives
Form submissions are delivered to our business email via our form provider. Booking and client records live in our CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing their infrastructure.
5. Text Messages and Email
If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your inquiry or project. If you opt into reminders or follow-up messages, you can opt out anytime — reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails, or just tell us.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use reputable platforms with industry-standard security, limit access to client data, and use HTTPS across the site. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
